INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI BANDUNG https://digilib.itb.ac.id/gdl/view/55205 COVID-19 attacks the whole world, including Indonesia. This pandemic has not only attacked public health, but also has an impact on the economic activities of the community and government. GRDP and workers' salaries are economic factors that are affected by COVID-19 in Indonesia. GRDP and workers' salaries are divided into various variables based on Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). The model was made based on data in the first quarter and third quarter of 2020. The principal component analysis model will be developed to analyze the relationship between variables and the relationship between variables with provinces in Indonesia. The initial main components obtained are more than three for the I quarter and III quarter. By using the factor analysis method, the COVID-19 variables and economic factors will be grouped to look for economic factors that are one group with the COVID-19 variables. Based on factor analysis, the Bartlett test and KMO MSA test were performed. The results of the assumption test on the initial data are not significant so that several variables are omitted. In variable elimination, there are two scenarios. Furthermore, a factor analysis is carried out, the group containing the COVID-19 and GRDP variables will be analyzed so that there are four scenarios in the analysis process. Data visualization is presented in one-dimensional and two-dimensional forms, all scenarios have a cumulative variance proportion at least 72.45% in the first quarter and 83.02% in the third quarter. Based on data visualization analysis, COVID-19 is more correlated with GRDP and less correlated with Salaries in both the first and third quarters. In the third quarter, recovered cases of COVID-19 were increasingly correlated with positive cases of COVID-19 and GRDP, nevertheless cases of COVID-19 deaths were increasingly uncorrelated. text
