The presence of transit-oriented areas that support the integration of transportation and the fulfillment of the needs of urban communities is included in the commuter or speeding mobility planning scheme. Sustainable transportation indicators that place three aspects – environmental, economic, social – apparently have a tendency to prioritize the effectiveness aspects of the system, environment, and economy. Creative placemaking which is a popular term in public space planning is considered as one of the successful approaches to creating a contextual environment for users and residents around public spaces. Creative forms include the intervention or activation of artifacts and cultural arts activities. Thus, planning with such an approach can include social aspects on sustainable transportation indicators. Studies on transportation facilities that develop in sustainable development include the type and network of Jakarta commuter transportation, integration between synergy with pointers, intervention of public space art in transit facilities, and capitalization of space elements in transit facilities. With analysis of library reviews, surveys of respondents, and field observations conclusions formulated in the identification of projects in the form of facilities that bring together various modes of commuter transportation on roads and rails or called transit centers. The determination of facilities is supported by the relevance of the development of Jakarta's transportation services and infrastructure, thus creating a different program from the typology of existing facilities, such as bus terminals or train stations.
