Liquidity in a business is one of essential thing that cannot be overseen, liquidity is seen as the blood in human body, the amount of debit, flow of liquidity is as much importance as the blood in human body. However, liquidity does not stand for itself, liquidity is affected by company’s management, company’s approach and procedure that sets in company. In this thesis, the writer explain how liquidity is affected by company’s management, company’s approach and procedure that sets in company. In the case of this paper, the writer explains how the manufacturing company liquidity problem from the issue such lack of financial management, lack of effective company strategy, insufficient people management and informalities such not following proper common legal practice and good company governance. The author proposes five solution to overcome the issue, the solutions are: change company’s strategy, using new financial management approach, improve operational management, revamp talent management and formalising business practices. The author expects that the proposed solution in the paper would help company to eliminate company’s illiquidity and give inspiration and recommendation to reader who face same issues
