INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI BANDUNG https://digilib.itb.ac.id/gdl/view/55462 Competition in the industry is getting tighter where the number of contractors is not proportional to the available work space, so that innovation and collaboration are needed for construction business actors through partnerships. Based on this, the success of construction projects will also be influenced by construction actors, specifically construction actors not only involving contractors, but also their partners, namely subcontractors and suppliers. A partnership is said to be successful if it can create a collaborative team culture, long-term, consistent goals, and sharing of resources so as to minimize construction conflicts and improve project performance. The purpose of this research is to get an overview from each side of the construction business actor about the factors that affect the quality of cooperation between the main contractor and its partners. The research was conducted in four stages, namely the critical success factor hierarchy modeling and questionnaire preparation, data collection by surveys, then data processing using AHP and descriptive analysis methods and continued with data analysis in order to obtain critical success factors for cooperative relationships from each opinion from the contractor. principal, subcontractors, and suppliers.
