The company believes it can cultivate better product sales by having a more offline channel. Therefore, this study aims to help Avara Custom, deciding the best option to open its new dealership cooperation among several candidates of the city's alternative. With the help of the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), we can select the most suitable city alternative based on the comparative-wise assessment of the city's criteria. The comparative-wise assessment is done by conducting a private interview of 12 respondents divided into three groups of interest: the internal management, the current dealer, and the customers of Avara Custom. Hopefully, the result of this study can be a tool to help the decision-making process in Avara Custom and other similar audio retailing companies in regards to this problem of dealer site location in the East Java region and any other regions of Indonesia in the future. text
