This final task consist of layout design of Sei Berombang channel, and also construction of 2D model of current, wave and sedimentation before dredging and after dredging (prediction) process. The 2D model after dredging process is part of dumping location analysis. Method used in this final task is literature review with collection and process of environmental data around Sei Berombang port, coupled modelling (wave, hydrodynamic, and sedimentation) before and after dredging using numerical software, requirement of 3D harbour channel layout, and comparison between various dumping location scenario and choosing best dumping location. After construction of existing model and calibration, obtained value of bed resistance. Layout design of harbour channel consider ship docked’s dimension and height of wave in harbor channel. Layout of harbour channel, bed resistance, and environmental data are input of modelling scenarios of dumping location in dumping analysis. text |
