Meanwhile, the transmission line assessment index is not optimal yet because it does not consider the measurement assessments carried out in the inspection method. Therefore it needs a suitable way to reflect the reality of its condition. The weighting factor is a crucial element while building a Transmission Line Assessment Index. When modifying a Transmission Line weighting factor, it is usual to use expert judgment. Experts' years of experience are essential to consider. AHP was developed based on expert opinion in several previous studies to establish parameter prioritizing. Multi-expert can help the system evolve, but it may also add to the difficulty of aggregating the data. This study enlisted up to five specialists with extensive expertise in transmission line status monitoring and diagnosis. To obtain the consensus matrix, it was applied by the row geometric mean approach. The consensus methodology for numerous experts in transmission line assessment index weighting factor calculation using AHP was suggested in this study. As a result, the main component factor is the most critical factor for transmission line condition with a Wf value is 0.429, followed by Environment Assessment and Supporting Component Factor. Each number is 0.394 and 0.177 sequentially. The scoring method is also carried out in this study by combining the results of measurements in the field with the weighting value of each parameter. From 200 samples of transmission line towers, 71% or 152 transmission line towers are suitable, while 29% or 48 others are cautious. There is a positive correlation such as supporting components of 0.47, followed by ground patrol inspections on accessories supporting components of 0.43, right of way measurement of 0.22, which means that the more significant the impact of these parameters, the higher the assessment index value. Meanwhile, there is also a negative correlation between the parameters and the assessment index value, including -0.017 corona measurement, -0.099 grounding resistance test, -0.12 puncture test, environmental threat assessment -0.31 value, it can be concluded that the higher the impact of ecological assessment, the lower the assessment index value text |
