The low level of literacy in Indonesian communities is an ongoing problem, one of the factors that caused these conditions is the lack of developing early literacy skills and library facilities that do not accommodate community reading interest. Children’s Libraries in Bandung City provided by the government are limited as an area in adult Public Library, those factor of low-level literacy caused the community library to actively grow in Bandung City. However, the community library stillhas many obstacles in accessing space for activity, availability of funds, and human resources. From these findings, it is necessary to have a public facility that can accommodate the needs of developing early literacy through reading interest and supportliteracy community activities to provide early literacy education for children and adaptable to the advances of technology and information in this era. The design began with conducting literature studies, interviews, and observations, The data is analyzedto find it’s solutions and answer the needs of the problem. It is hoped that the designed facilities can attract children’s interest in developing early literacy skills through reading interest, accommodate literacy community activities with interactive and educational facilities, and be integrated with technology and information in order to form a sustainable library
