| Summary: | The COVID-19 pandemi has had a significant devastating impact, not only on the health
sector but also on the economic sector. These economic disruptions hit Indonesia, both at
the macroeconomy on a national and global scale and the micro economy on an individual
scale. The policy-making process carried out by the Indonesian government does not seem
to see the economic impact and only focusing on the distribution of COVID-19 Cases.
Therefore, we need spatial modeling to see the risk and the vulnerability by using the
economic impact parameter and distribution cases parameter. The model must be able to
estimate by the characteristics of the concerned economic area. In this paper, land values
are analyzed and associated with modeling the economic impact of the COVID-19
pandemi. The land value could represent economic area characteristics. Besides, there was
another modeling to measure the level of hazard for COVID-19 as a health parameter.
These two parameters are then carried out by modeling which can represent the economic
situation and the distribution of cases that occur. This paper expects to evaluate and give
advice to the government for making a policy. |
