Summary:Today in era of Globalization, era of Knowledge, as what Mitchelle Kapor said, “Getting information from internet is like taking a drink from a fire hydrant”. It means that it very overwhelmed if people not set a management variable in indulging the information that causes ineffective actions to achieving goals. To answer the challenges of that issue, discipline of knowledge management help to reduce the vagueness of why, what, how, where and when a company taking steps. Sadly not every company established knowledge management necessarily, it caused by several reasons. It might be a denial, a lack of information, or unconscious about they’re already did but they don’t know what the exact value of what they did. This issue can be solved by socialize the important of knowledge management by assessing the knowledge management maturity of the company, define the issues, and suggest the KM strategy to be implemented to the company .This final project is focusing on set knowledge management strategy that could be implemented to PT. Tridasa Prawira . Start with KM maturity assessment with APO KM Assessments tools, following with identifying the challenges and the opportunity of the companies, and closed with providing KM strategy for PT.Tridasa Prawira. Therefore, the output of this final project expected to be one of best alternative for PT . Tridasa Prawira to be sustainable company/organization.
