LIQUID-LIQUID EQUILIBRIUM CALCULATION OF VEGETABLE OIL-FREE FATTY ACIDS-AQUAEOUS ALCOHOL SYSTEM USING UNIFAC MODEL
Vegetable oil is commonly used as the main raw material in the food industry. Free fatty acids are impurities that need to be removed from vegetable oils because they are unhealthy and reduce the stability of the oil.
