INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI BANDUNG https://digilib.itb.ac.id/gdl/view/55833 The social assistance system in Indonesia is still far from perfect. There are many problems that need to be fixed, starting from the identification process of the recipients of the social assistance to the distribution of the social assistance. One of the problems that will be discussed is the problem of distributing social assistance. In its implementation in the field, one alternative to the social assistance distribution systems is an electronic voucher system. However, this system still uses a centralized architecture which has several weaknesses, such as the existence of a single point of failure and transaction data still stored by one party, giving rise to the potential for fraud. Therefore, blockchain technology is used in an electronic voucher system for social assistance. By using blockchain technology, the electronic voucher system has data with integrity as a form of government accountability. The blockchain technology chosen to develop the system is Hyperledger Fabric which is efficient in storing transaction information. The electronic voucher system developed can meet the functional needs of from voucher registration to voucher redemption. The system also meets non-functional requirements such as availability which allows the system to remain stable even if a node is down, integrity that is met by preventing transaction data from being changed in an incorrect way, and security. From the implementation and testing that has been done, it was found that the system has been successfully tested for its functionality and integrity. text |
