To overcome the problem, a centralized patient monitoring system is designed. As a limitation, the electromagnetic interference, light is used as the communication medium (Li-Fi) for the system. As a centralized monitoring system, a monitoring system exist as a place for receiving, displaying, and processing the data. In practice, the monitoring center of this patient monitoring system is located in the nurse station which is usually Hence, the monitoring center consists of three parts, the database, server, and UI. The database used to store the data is implemented using MySQL which consists of two tables. The computation resource for those processes is implemented using PHP running on an Apache server using HTTP protocol with a total of 10 APIs. Colors in the gray spectrum are chosen such that the minimum text-background contrast ratio on the interface is 7.37:1 for clearer display. To ensure data security, each page of the user interface needs an access privilege that requires the user to login with the correct access first.
