Summary: | Indonesia is entering the industrial revolution 4.0. Technologies such as the internet of things, big data, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and others, have begun to be applied to support work efficiency. Therefore, many companies are starting to do digital transformation. Digital transformation is a deep transformation of business models, organizational processes, and enterprise capabilities by applying technology. Digital transformation is a complex process, so it is better to use a framework to provide direction in implementation and minimize potential failures. One of the frameworks currently being developed is the Garuda Digital Transformation Framework.
One of the efforts made to develop the Garuda Digital Transformation Framework is to design an assessment tool to measure the progress of digital transformation. This assessment tool is important to be able to ensure that the company has carried out the important steps in implementing digital transformation. The assessment tool is designed based on the principles of the Garuda Digital Transformation Framework as well as support from various researches in the field of digital transformation. Once created, the assessment tool is applied to a company that is undergoing digital transformation.
In its application, it is known that the design of the assessment tool still needs to be developed further so that it becomes a more detailed and accurate assessment tool. In future developments, it would be better to give weight to each question. |
