Summary: | Potential analysis is conducted to determine chance or potential from
hybrid Floating Photovoltaic (FPV) and 187,5 MWp Jatiluhur HPP system
operation. Potential analysis is divided into three aspects, are: environment aspect,
technical, and economy. Potential analysis covers hybrid Jatiluhur FPV
preliminary design, including electrical and civil construction. FPV system design
with 187,5 MWp capacity is determined to maximize potential from hybrid
scheme. The installation method is by using surfaced-floating with 10° tilt angle.
Total required Jatiluhur reservoir area for hybrid Jatiluhur FPV system installation
is 1.252.251,83 m². Center location of the FPV installation is located at
6°31'43.60"S, 107°22'46.13"E. Type of inverter and solar panel are using 3-phase
string inverter with 210 W power rating for each solar panel. Generated electricity
of FPV is connected to 150 kV Jatiluhur HPP substation. Hybrid mechanism
operation is performed by determining daily generation scheduling (DGS). DGS
is being designed by direct approach framework implementation. Net produced
energy accumulation for 20 years hybrid Jatiluhur FPV operation is 4.307,61
GWh. For the economy aspect, several economy calculation results have been
obtained. Hybrid Jatiluhur FPV LCOE (Levelized Cost of Energy) is 5,73 sen
US$/kWh. Hybrid Jatiluhur FPV NPV is US$ 8.324.076,37. Hybrid Jatiluhur FPV
IRR is 6,14%. Overall, hybrid Floating Photovoltaic (FPV) and HPP system
operation has all three potential aspects from environment, technical, and to
economics. |
