THE ESTIMATION PRICE OF LAND, SPATIAL PATTERN, SPATIAL CLUSTER ANALYSIS, CLUSTERED

The estimation price of land in Bandung has random spatial pattern. The random spatial pattern is found from map observation directly. The aim of this research is to determine dot distribution pattern of the estimation price of land in Bandung by statistical quantification. The Spatial Cluster Analysis is used by researcher as the method of this analysis. The data is used in this research is the vector data of the estimation price in Bandung in 2000 which is based from Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Bandung. The result from this research indicates that dot distribution pattern of the estimation price of land in Bandung patterned clustered. From 21.348 elements that is observed there are 10.516 elements which is significant. There are 2.673 elements which is the part of cluster typecast High-High. 7.209 elements which is the part of cluster typecast Low-Low and the last, 634 elements is Outlier. Outlier typecast Low-High consist of 449 elements which is low attribute of element which is surrounded by high attribute of element whereas 185 elements outlier typecast High-Low which is high attribute of element that is surrounded by low attribute of element.
