In Pencongan Village there are many people working as tailors, because the villagers own pekalongan many who run businesses in the field of clothing. Quite a lot of textile waste in the form of residual fabric is wasted free of charge from the places of the tailor, where the residual fabric can still be reprocessed, so as not to be wasted and become waste. The problems discussed in this study are: (1) The lack of exploration of patchwork waste from tailors in Pencongan Village in kitsch style. This material has the potential to be utilized so that it becomes an alternative effort to reduce environmental problems in Pencongan Village. (2) Theabsence of application of the results of exploration of patchwork waste from the sewing industry in Pencongan Village with kitsch style on fashion products, whereas with the application of quirky patchwork exploration on fashion products can develop the fashion industry in the area. The purpose of this research is: (1) To produce kitsch-style patchwork exploration in an effort to reduce textile waste in Pencongan Village. (2) To produce kitsch-style clothing with the results of exploration of patchwork as an alternative application of patchwork utilization. The research method used in this research is qualitative method, with data collection techniques in the form of literature studies, interviews, observations, and exploration text
