The information must be received by the server as soon as possible and then sent to the user. Because the enhancements developed are based on ESP32, a fairly light communication is needed to send all the information obtained from the vehicle to the server. The information received by the server will then be processed to determine whether there is an indication of an attempted theft or not. If there is an attempt at theft, the user will receive a notification that his vehicle is being stolen and the current position information of the vehicle can be seen on his string. Therefore, in this project, a tracking device was developed with communication using the MQTT protocol, Google Cloud IoT Core as an MQTT server, Google Firebase as a database, and firebase as a notifier if an attempted theft was indicated. Testing of the implementation results is carried out by checking the connectivity between the tracker and Google Cloud IoT Core, connectivity between Google Cloud IoT Core and Firebase Firestore, and sending notifications to users. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, information is obtained that the system is able to store 318 location history data and is able to provide notifications to users if there are indications of theft. text |
