Summary:The period of human development, early age phase can be seen as a fundamental stage and had a connection with perfection of children’s growth . In this phase, a children had the imagination, high curiosity and it implemented in the play activities. Children’s play activities are a medium which can hone children’s cognitive, motoric, emotional, and also social skills. According to this statement, the government aware that the facilities of child’s play as a vital, in order to fulfilling the right to play for encourage the realization of the perfection Indonesia’s Golden Generation Development which written in UndangUndang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 about Child Protection. In fact, children’s play facilities had not been fully implemented evenly, for example at the complex area Alam Sanggar Indah district, Cihampelas subdistrict , West Bandung regency. The need for play facilities is high enough because the majority of the population at that region is couples who already married and having a children. For support the design process, researchers used qualitative descriptive research methods conducted by colleting primary data and supported by literature studies. The result from the research is play development in accordance with the behavior of children in the region that can stimulate the development of rough motoric in early childhood, that it is expected the needs of children for play facilities can be met and expected to encourage the development of children perfectly
