Therefore, the government of Indonesia also launched a plan to develop five priority tourist destinations in 2020, namely Lake Toba, Borobudur, Mandalika, Labuan Bajo, and Likupang. With the development of industry 4.0, tourism is also following this trend by digitizing its business. However, the digitization process is still considered to have not improved the image of Indonesian tourism both domestically and internationally. Therefore, a guide is needed for Indonesian tourism to carry out digital transformation. However, most of the digital transformation models circulating in the world still prioritize the manufacturing sector. This final project will develop a digital transformation model that is tailored to the needs of Indonesian tourism customers and is easily understood by stakeholders in the Indonesian tourism sector. This digital transformation model also explains what aspects will have to be prioritized by Indonesian tourism, especially the Borobudur temple manager if you want to carry out digital transformation. The priority of these aspects uses the Kano method. The result of this final project is a digital transformation model that is in accordance with the reality of Indonesian tourism. The aspects that exist in the model are aspects of the customer, organization and culture, process, technology, and business model. Model validation was carried out by interviewing thirty domestic and international tourism travel agents in Indonesia. He believes this model is in accordance with the reality of Indonesian tourism and is able to help Indonesian tourism in carrying out digital transformation text
