Summary:Open government data is data that comes from the government and can be freely accessed by the public, with the aim of increasing transparency of government performance results and increasing public participation. Indonesia is one of the countries that has implemented the concept of open government data, it can be seen from various Indonesian government agencies that already have open data. However, the utilization of open government data is still not optimal, one of which is the use of open data in the tourism sector. This is because open data in the tourism sector is heterogeneous in which each data has different content and is very random. Therefore we need a software system that can accept open data input in the heterogeneous tourism sector and combine it into a single database with uniform content. Some of the open data in the tourism sector available on government websites are still proprietary, in which the data can only be accessed by using a special application published by the party who owns the copyright to the open data format. In order for open data in the tourism sector to be fully utilized, proprietary data must first be changed to non-proprietary. Meanwhile, to get a database with uniform content, it will determine what content the system will take from various types of open data in the tourism sector. To change open data with proprietary properties to non-proprietary, the function is used to read the contents of open data from the python 3 library. Then each content in the open data is duplicated one by one into the MySQL database, so that the open data changes its nature to non. -proprietary. Meanwhile, to create a uniform database, the system will read the header of the open data content first, after that the system will indicate in which column the open data content meets the content standards that can be entered into the system database, then the system will duplicate the content in that column and entered into the system database. The system also provides a feature to download the system database.
