One of the problems that often arise in cyberspace lately is the issue of freedom of opinion and the rubber article of the ITE Law. The increasing number of victims ensnared by the rubber article is not accompanied by an understanding of the issue. Analysis of adolescent behavior was obtained through interviews and questionnaires, while information on the issue of the rubber article was obtained through interviews with expert sources and literature studies. Based on this, the campaign was designed using digital media as the main media with the aim of providing awareness to teenagers regarding the issue of the rubber article of the ITE Law. Through this campaign, the target audience is expected to be able to understand the issue of the rubber article of the ITE Law and the risk of being entangled in that article so that they can be more careful about their uploads on social media.
