This apartment has 10 floors and 1 basement floor. With a total area of the building is 8480 m2. A good building has a good planning for plumbing and solid waste management system because it relates to the health of building users. design for plumbing and solid waste system is important and must be in accordance with applicable standards in Indonesia. The design of plumbing and solid waste management systems includes clean water, hot water, waste water, vent, rainwater, firefighting and building waste. The clean water system is designed using a roof tank system with the water from the PDAM. The hot water system uses an Electric Water Heater for the Local system. the waste water system uses a separate system between blackwater and greywater and then to be treated in the IPAL communal. IPAL effluent will be flowed to infiltration wells as water conservation. System that uses a vent loop that will serve a maximum of 8 plumbing tools. The rainwater system uses a rainwater tank for rainwater harvesting activities which will later be reused. The firefighting system uses a hydrant, sprinkler, and fire extinguisher. The building's solid waste system uses trash chute for waste collection system. text
