The sanitation issue that still arises in the RPTRA Utakase Berseri Area, Utan Kayu Selatan Sub- District, East Jakarta is the domestic wastewater has not been managed well either from the sewerage system or the domestic wastewater treatment system. Therefore, planning for the development of a sewerage and treatment system (WWTP) are needed to treat domestic wastewater in the area. Planning for the sewerage system for all planning blocks will be carried out at once in the early stages (2022), while the construction of the WWTP unit which is planned to be built at RPTRA Utakase Berseri consists of 2 construction stages, namely in 2022-2032 with 49,1% service levels from the total population of the planning block then in phase II (2033-2042) the service level will reach 100% of the total population of the planning block. The sewerage system used is a shallow bore sewer with 200 mm PVC pipe and the chosen alternative route for sewerage system is alternative D. The method used in selecting the best route for sewerage system is the weighted product method. Meanwhile, the wastewater treatment unit which is planned to serve domestic wastewater will treat the average discharge at 154,735 m3/day in Phase I and 308,735 m3/day in Phase II. The best alternative of WWTP is selected using simple additive weighting method with eight determining parameters and the selected processing unit consists of Bar screen, Oil and grease trap, Equalization Tank, Primary Sedimentation Tank, Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor, Secondary Sedimentation Tank, Disinfection Tank, Gravity Thickener, dan Sludge Drying Bed. text
