However, in the existing conditions, not all units can function properly. Currently, the IPAL is estimated to only be able to accommodate 400 household wastewater (equivalent to 200 m3 / day). It is necessary to have a review related to the existing wastewater treatment system in order to be able to meet the needs for wastewater treatment which will increase along with the growth of Soreang District. Based on the document for the preparation of the Bandung Raya Wastewater Master Plan (PPLP-K 01 Package) the PAL system is planned for off site in Soreang District by 15% by 2032.The planned system design will use the concept of a co-treatment system so that the new IPALD will receive desludging truck services. feces and also services from sewage piping. In the co-treatment system, the effluent or supernatant from the separation of solids from the liquid after dewatering will be channeled to the liquid waste treatment. The selected treatment alternative is SBR with a wastewater treatment unit configuration consisting of a bar screen - grit chamber - oil trap - equalization tank - fine mesh screen - MBBR - plate settler - UV basin, while the unit configuration for sludge treatment consists of a sludge acceptance plant - tub. equalization - belt filter press. text
