One of the main components of the cream is antioxidants where antioxidants are used to inhibit damage to the cream and fight free radicals in the skin that can cause dull skin and damage to skin cells. Mandarin orange peels are rich in flavonoids, flavones and vitamin C which are a source of natural antioxidants. This study aims to examine the effect of mandarin orange peel extract on scrub products through antioxidant activity testing with DPPH method, pH tests and organoleptic tests using a variation of mandarin orange peel extract of 2.5%, 5% and 7.5%. The higher the extract that is added, the higher the value of its antioxidant activity, but because the extract is acidic, the addition must be considered so that it remains in a pH range that is safe for the skin. text
