Public Open Space is a forum that can accommodate community activities for socializing, exercising, and improving the quality of the residential environment in open spaces. Public Green Open Space is a planned space because of the need for a meeting place and joint activities in the open air which is dominated by a natural environment. In line with the increase in urban population, the need for Public Open Space, especially public Green Open Space, continues to increase. The quality and quantity enhancement of Public Green Open Space is carried out to realize the urban spatial improvement program. Martha Tiahahu Park is one of the urban Public Green Open Spaces that is experiencing a decline in land use. This park has the potential to be developed because it becomes the link between Blok M MRT Station and Blok M Terminal in the Blok M Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) area. The Blok M TOD area emphasizes the integration of public transport networks to improve connectivity and value-added to the area. The quality and quantity enhancement of public Green Open Space in Martha Tiahahu Park can be done in line with the integration of transportation nodes to support the realization of the Blok M TOD area, including revitalizing green open space to improve the quality of green open space, relocating Blok M Terminal with an underground concept to increase the quantity of green open space, and create a connecting network in the form of shaded lines. The design method used in this analysis is the fragmental method with urban design concept of a placemaking by realizing good place elements, including access & linkage, comfort & image, uses & activity, and sociability
