This technology allows health workers to monitor the patient's condition from outside the patient's room centrally. In addition, the monitoring process can also be carried out every short time interval using PMS. However, the price of PMS circulating in the market is very expensive, making it difficult for small hospitals to obtain it. In addition, the electromagnetic waves used in the current PMS system harms patient health and can also interfere with the performance of other medical devices. To overcome these problems, a Centralized Patient Monitoring System with Li-Fi Technology was designed. This system will ease the workload of health workers because they can monitor oxygen saturation levels and the patient's heart rate. Just like PMS in general, this system can also monitor the patient's conditions in short time intervals. In addition, this tool is free from the electromagnetic waves interference because visible light is used for the communication medium. In this system, the Receiver Block plays an important role in getting data from patients to health workers. This block has successfully received data from the transmitter with a 2.5 cm transmission distance on a 20 ms bitrate. The largest bit error generated by this communication condition is 12.168% text
