The solution designing begins with gathering the needs, re-state the needs, deciding the features that will be implemented, building the information architecture, designing the low-fidelity, and designing the high-fidelity. Those steps are done iteratively until the formative tests show the SUS result of above acceptable and SEQ results of more than 6.5 as a proof that the solutions has met the MEELS concept from usability testing. The analysis conducted shows that the solution needs 2 times of iterative process with final score of SUS and SEQ reaching 81 and 6.76 respectively. text |

COVID-19 spreads very quickly in the middle of pandemic. The governmernt from
various country are overwhelmed to stop the virus from spreading. Several ways
have been conducted such as social distancing and lockdown, but those ways are
not meant to be done forever. Therefore, all the countries including Indonesia start
to use contact-tracing technology.
Contact-tracing is conducted through the officials by detecting people’s movement
who are going somewhere. One of the way to do contact-tracing is using mobile
application. Unfortunately, the use of this application hasn’t reach its optimum
goals because it lacks users. One of the factor is the interaction design by various
application that haven’t met system and users’ needs.
This thesis reviews and includes researches towards the interaction designs needed
to accommodate all the features impemented in contact tracing application using
design thinking approach.
The solution designing begins with gathering the needs, re-state the needs, deciding
the features that will be implemented, building the information architecture,
designing the low-fidelity, and designing the high-fidelity. Those steps are done
iteratively until the formative tests show the SUS result of above acceptable and
SEQ results of more than 6.5 as a proof that the solutions has met the MEELS
concept from usability testing. The analysis conducted shows that the solution
needs 2 times of iterative process with final score of SUS and SEQ reaching 81 and
6.76 respectively.
