INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI BANDUNG https://digilib.itb.ac.id/gdl/view/56699 Land subsidence in Jakarta is one of the geological disasters experienced by the DKI Jakarta Province. This phenomenon occurs not only because of the driving force of nature but also the result of human activities that put pressure on the environment. Based on the studies that have been carried out, there are several factors driving land subsidence in Jakarta, namely excessive groundwater use, structural loads that press on the soil, the geological condition of the soil in Jakarta that is not yet compact and the tectonic movements that occur. Efforts to deal with land subsidence in Jakarta have been regulated in the DKI Jakarta Regional Regulation No. 1 of 2012 on the 2030 Jakarta Spatial Plan. The government has made efforts to manage the driving factors, especially the use of groundwater to reduce the rate of land subsidence. This management effort has not been fully successful because until now land subsidence is still ongoing. Therefore it is important to control the use of groundwater as an effort to deal with land subsidence in Jakarta. Through a pattern of good governance and involving all stakeholders, including government, business actors and citizens, it is hoped that the handling efforts can produce significant results. This study aims to identify how the implementation of land subsidence management through controlling the use of groundwater efforts in Jakarta based on the case study of the Cengkareng Barat Village. In order to achieve this objective, primary data was collected through in-depth interviews with representatives from the government, private sector and communities related to land subsidence management. In addition, secondary data collection and observation were also carried out to complete the required information. The collected data were analyzed using the risk analysis method to see how the level of risk there was, while the results of the interviews were analyzed using the content analysis method, which were grouped based on three governance components and ten indicators. The results of this content analysis are then quantified using the Qualitative Comparative Analysis with Fuzzy Sets (fsQCA) method. Then to formulate recommendations carried out by the SWOT analysis method. The results show that so far the role of the government has been running quite well, although not maximally, while the role of society is still lacking. To overcome this deficiency, several things are recommended, namely increasing the concern of theiv government, especially stakeholders, accommodating community involvement, improving the piped water network and completing the transfer of resources from old institutions. text
