One approach to solving these conditions is through the development and adoption of information technology in the form of information systems. Information systems have actually been implemented in the Indonesian construction industry but does not generate a big impact because the disintegration of existing information systems. As a result, new problems arise such as scattered information and unrelieable data validity. Therefore, it is necessary to create an Integrated Information System for the Indonesian Construction Industry (SITIKI), where the challenge is that there are too many stakeholders in the construction industry who have different responsibility, interests, and needs so that to accommodate them, the key stakeholders must be determined. This research begins by conducting a literature study related to the classification of stakeholders, determining the framework and tools to be used, as well as stakeholders and an integrated construction industry information system that has been implemented in Singapore and Malaysia. Then, identification of stakeholders in the Indonesian construction industry and secondary data collection on their responbility and interests were carried out based on the TOGAF framework. After that, validation of the identification results, responsibility and interests of stakeholders as well as consideration of determining the main stakeholders is carried out through discussions with experts. Finally, mapping of existing business processes and information technology from key stakeholders was carried out to obtain information needs classified based on OmniClass. From this research, it is known that the main stakeholders of the construction industry are only in the government quadrant, namely the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, Ministry of Manpower, Ministry of National Development Planning, and Ministry of Transportation. In addition, it is also known the information needs of the main stakeholders in carrying out the main business processes as well as the fulfillment of these information needs which are accommodated by existing information technology. This research is only an initial stage in the development of STIKI because of course there are other aspects that must be considered besides the information needs of the key stakeholders such as the development of the SITKI community, the SITKI business model, and the SITIKI framework. text |
