Summary: | Indonesia confirmed its first case of COVID-19 on March 2, 2020. Infectious diseases, like COVID-19, have risk factors. This research focused on risk factors concerning preventive behavior and house environment. In this research, six preventive behaviors (Indonesia’s health-protocol ‘5M’ and room disinfecting) and five house enviroment parameters (temperature, humidity, brightness, personal space area, and ventilation) are investigated. Convenince sampling was done to sample COVID-19 survivors. Out of six preventive behaviors investigated, two (washing hands and restricting mobility) were found to have significant relation to COVID-19 case on the research location. Out of five house environment parameters, two (personal space area and ventilation) were found to have significant relation to indoor transmission rate on recovered patients’s family. All behavior factors correlates negatively to COVID-19 case and 3 environment factors (temperature, brightness, ventilation) correlates negatively to indoor transmission rate. With logistic regression and multiple linear regression, an equation predicting the risk of COVID-19 infection in Kecamatan Coblong and an equation predicting indoor transmission rate is found respectively. It is found that preventive behaviors simultaneously affect COVID-19 case on research location and house enviroment parameters simultaneously affect the indoor transmission of COVID-19. |
