Therefore, most of them seek information and increase their knowledge about entrepreneurship by attending seminars or workshops on business and entrepreneurship. Looking at the google trend data for the last 5 years, although it is still fluctuating, there are at least 50 seminars and workshops held every month in Indonesia. That way, Indonesian people are still looking for information and knowledge about business through informal education. According to the World Economic Forum, there are 10 skills needed by the world community in 2025. However, usually study programs and majors in formal institutions only convey some of these skills and the time it takes is quite long not as fast as that obtained from seminars and workshops. Meanwhile, according to the word economic forum, it takes at least 5 months to master all the skills needed. And also, usually formal study institutions are usually more focused on knowledge than skills, therefore skills are usually supported through seminars or workshops. A job seeker or school graduate, usually they will take high school or vocational school that focuses on developing skills. And vocational schools in Indonesia are still few compared to campuses. Based on these data, the implementation of educational events such as seminars still needs a lot of analysis, especially those related to entrepreneurship so that they can be more targeted. And to be able to help answer what is needed by the market, we must know what the market needs and what the conditions of the existing market segment are. This study uses a quantitative sampling method by distributing questionnaires using an online google form. The results of the questionnaire will be measured using Multiple Linear Regression, which can clarify the relationship between the dependent and independent variables. An understanding of the motivation of people to participate in educational events, especially about entrepreneurship and how the relationship between these factors can help event organizers be more targeted when targeting the market in order to carry out educational events, especially about business and entrepreneurship. text |
