The development of the fashion industry moves rapidly from year to year which is supported by increasing public awareness about fashion, which leads to the fulfillment of a lifestyle in clothing. Look at Me is a local fashion brand that raises social issues and elevates the work of special children by making it the main motive for each product produced. High costs and limited funds are a company problem that hinders its business performance. Look at Me needs to manage the capital and minimize expenses to optimize its finances and avoid high numbers in the process of business development. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach by processing financial history of Look at Me and secondary data from journals, books, articles, and literature reviews. In generating the data, the researcher uses analysis of business situations from internal using financial statements, SWOT analysis and business model canvas analysis, while external business perspective using competitor analysis and competitor mapping. The results of this study provide strategic recommendations that can be directly implemented by Look at Me in order to become a stable company with good performance.
