Summary: | E-commerce is currently experiencing a rapid increase in users, offering convenience, customers only need one-click away to get the product they buy. Especially in the state of the Covid-19 Pandemic, the rapid spread of the virus between people causes us not to be allowed direct contact with other people, WHO also asks for cooperation from all countries to carry out social distancing to lockdown. The Indonesian government chooses to impose Large-scale Social Restrictions (PSBB). Almost all elements of the economy were affected until Indonesia experienced a recession, however, this is different from e-commerce. With the existence of an e-commerce marketplace, there is no need for physical contact, so that logistical activities in e-commerce continue to run. According to this study the factors that influence online spending behavior towards e-commerce during pandemic are Perceived Behavioral Cost, Products Variety, Product Comparison, Ease of Use mobile apps, Safeness & Healthiness, and Recession in Indonesia
This research was conducted using multiple linear regression method to identify the relationship between the dependent variable (e-commerce use) and the independent variable. The results of the analysis show that perceived behavioral costs, product comparison, and safety & health are variables that affect the use of e-commerce during the pandemic |
