Summary:The purpose of this research aims to determine the level of employee engagement, work engagement, and employee performance, which will then be tested, analyzed and empirical support for the influence of employee engagement and work engagement towards employee performance will be provided. This study was done on PT. XYZ staff with a population of 85 persons and a total of 69 responses using the Slovin sampling approach. A questionnaire with a Likert scale was utilized to gather data for this investigation. The validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, and multiple regression analysis were used in this research's instrument test, which may be compared and supported again with the use of SmartPLS tools in order to obtain accurate results and to ensure that assumptions do not appear in the research results. According to the findings of this research's data analysis, employee performance comes in first, followed by employee engagement, and then work engagement, Hypothesis testing may also be done by demonstrating that employee engagement has a direct effect on employee performance, whereas work engagement has no effect on employee performance.
