Main Focus of PT.CiptaArtha GrahaMulia is in the Dyestuff industries, esspecially in the T-Shirt products. Today, many competitors has entered indonesian market, esspecially from china and Vietnam, these made the competiton in the industries getting crowded and harsh. PT.CiptaArtha GrahaMulia need to develop an entrepreneurial culture and habits in order to be more adaptive in facing all challenges in the market. Entrepreneurial company also need to prepare itself to faces new challenge which occurs in the market. An entrepreneurial company has some characteristics like capable to move fast in the searching, looking and capturing opportunities, doing continuous innovation and improvements, and having a long distance planning. These Research has an objective to measure entrepreneurial dimensions and to gain insight of entrepreneurial leadership characteristics in the main factory of PT.CiptaArtha GrahaMulia. Survey was conducted through Entrepreneurial Orientation Survey (EOS) and Entrepreneurial Leadership Questionnaire (ELQ) as the means of measurement. The research involves all stafs and workers in the factory itself. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Result of EOS indicates that PT.CiptaArtha GrahaMulia has strong entrepreneurial culture in Fast dimension and Cross Functionality dimension. Meanwhile Risk Aversion and Individual Orientation are the lowest entrepreneurial dimensions. Result of ELQ indicates that there is massive disparity in all leadership categories characteristics, There was a very low fulfillment level for every leadership characteristics, because it only about 50percent fulfillment. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> PT.CiptaArtha GrahaMulia could do intensive and total improvement to entrepreneurial habits in the company, by recruiting new staf with strong entrepreneur atittude, or by doing many entrepreneurial training for the old staf member. text
