Hospitals around the world are adapting to this situation to reduce the risk of transmitting the virus to the lowest possible level. The Mother and Child Hospital which serves the health needs of mothers and children aged 0-18 years must also adapt to this pandemic situation. The Mother and Child Hospital sections specifically design Emergency Room, Outpatient, and Inpatient Installation, because those installations focus on public services for patients and general users. The healing environment aspect is an important aspect to be resilient to the COVID-19 pandemic. Patients who are contaminated with the COVID-19 virus usually take 10-14 days to remove the virus from the system, because the COVID-19 virus attacks the respiratory system. Therefore, self-isolation facilities for patients require a comfortable environment that can affect psychologically to recover faster, namely a healing environment. And for the entire hospital, flexibility is needed for a resilient solution to a pandemic-like situation that could reoccur in the future. The method used is the literature review, research by distributing questionnaires to users who have visited Mother and Child Hospital, as well as studies of similar building precedents. The literature review carried out was by reviewing the Mother and Child Hospital building regulations, regulations regarding hospital adaptation to the COVID-19 pandemic, healing environment aspects, and flexibility. Of the three methods used, the criteria for planning and designing Mother and Child Hospital that resilient to the COVID-19 pandemic and use the healing environment aspects are obtained. After obtaining the criteria, district and site analysis were carried out on the Mother and Child Hospital site plan, then building design simulations. The design simulation is divided into 4 parts, the first part is the design of the entire hospital and divides it into 2 zones: the COVID-19 zone and the non-COVID-19 zone, to reduce the spread of the virus from patients contaminated with this virus to other patients and general users. Second is the regulation of circulation flow and activities for all Mother and Child Hospital users: patients, general visitors, and staff/employees. The third is flexibility in the 3 main installations by designing so that the 2 zones in each of these installations can later be used in normal situations and has a maximum function. Then finally, is to apply the criteria for a healing environment at Mother and Child Hospital to increase comfort and encourage psychological in every user to heal faster. So, each hospital should have more than the minimum area required to anticipate similar conditions and by applying the healing environment aspects text
