Sagalaherang Subdistrict, Subang Regency has a massive economy in agriculture. Most of the community's economy in Sagalaherang Subdistrict, Subang Regency supported by the agricultural sector, which potentially to be developed with better information technology and proper digital ecosystem support in supporting agricultural effectiveness. To stay competitive in the market, farmers must continue to update their strategies and technological developments and information. Previously, farmers had changed their strategy several times and because the Indonesian agricultural market was dynamic, this changing situation would remain the same in the future, making change inevitable. In addition to changes that are driven externally, changes are also driven by a decrease in knowledge and different land management strategies. The result of this study, which analyses used McKinsey 7S, ADKAR, and Kotter 8 Steps Model analysis, is expected to provide understanding factors that influence user acceptance towards digital agriculture in Sagalaherang district, Subang regency. The capability of McKinsey 7S is to identify and assess optimized of 7 internal factors of organizations and situations during the change. The capability of ADKAR Model is defined by subjects who exhibits the necessary changes in such a way that the overall expected performance results are achieved, And Kotter 8 Steps Model capability is to improve an organization's ability to change and increase its chances of success, with expectations the organization can avoid failure and become proficient in implementing change. text
