Various types of microbes have been investigated of their ability to increase oil recovery in laboratory. On the other hand, implementing this technology requires a forecasting future performance technique prior to an economic evaluation and now this technique has not available yet. Based on approach method of MEOR simulation using blackoil reservoir simulator by the previous researcher, the result of research in the laboratory can be used as simulator input to model the huff and puff method. By using this method to forecast the production after mikrobe injection process in well X1 from X field, the production profile of simulation result is different from the real result. Therefore, a proposed method has been made to approach the production profile of real result. The proposed method is made by modifying of PVT changing from the old method. By using the new method in forecasting, the result is quite similar with the real result from well X1. Then, DoE (Design of Experiment) analysis is also done to determine the significant parameter in increasing oil production after microbe injection application. The result of DoE show that the microbe type and oil saturation are the most significant parameter. Applying the proposed method by using B and C microbe which can reduce 30% and 50% viscosity in the well Y1 and Y2 from Y field show the increasing of 2 and 4 stb/day oil production for Y1 while 7 and 12 stb/day for Y2. Forecasting for 1 year show increasing 0.27 and 0.55 MSTB cumulative oil production for Y1 and for Y2 increasing 1.36 and 3.08 MSTB. text
