There are five business problems consisting of declining consolidated revenue, less competitive prices, less flexible and too bureaucratic parent company regulations, and duplication of business within the Group. Revenues tend to decline due to a lack of efficiency and competitiveness in the market. The biggest challenge faced by the company is the uncompetitive price of the product, which triggers the management to restructure the company. In order to maintain sustainable business growth, several proposed resolutions have been made to change business processes into more effective and efficient processes. Another transformation initiative is to make the organization lean and agile. New business strategy proposals are made to create added value as one of the initiatives that increase revenue. External analysis using Pestle, Porter 5 Forces and analyzing competitors. Internal analysis is done by analyzing the company's operating performance in terms of financial statements and using 7P by analyzing the company and its subsidiaries. To create innovation and improve business, the Baldrige Excellence Framework is used. In searching for business solutions, it uses 7S McKinsey Framework and Diamond Business Strategy Model. 7s McKinsey Framework is done by comparing the existing conditions with the ideal/should be to reveal the gaps that occur. Based on the analysis, conclusions are generated on business problems and their solutions, completing with an implementation plan. text
