Summary: | Covid-19 pandemic has affected economy on households in Indonesia. Indosat Ooredoo, as one of the largest telecommunication companies in Indonesia tried to make a contribution by providing Kios myIM3 feature, a feature on myIM3 application to sell IM3 products in easy and simple way. By using Kios myIM3 feature, users can start the business so that they can get extra income to improve their economy condition.
This final project was aimed to assist Indosat Ooredoo to improve business strategy of Kios myIM3 so that the feature not only can give positive economy impact for society, but also become alternative channel to sell cellular products and increase company revenue market share and subscriber market share. The author conducted internal and external analysis, literature review, and in-depth interview to identify the problem, then use SWOT matrix and proposed improvements by using Business Model Canvas template.
The proposed improvements can be executed by Indosat Ooredoo in short term and relatively without budget, which are improving Kios myIM3 as new subscribers acquisition channel, improving regional-based program, and adding payment channel to make top up Kios myIM3 balance easier.
