The energy cost component, in this case, the cost of electricity, has become a fundamental component in the determination of basic commodity prices for some MSMEs. Solar energy as an intermittent source of energy must be integrated (hybrid system) with an infrastructure that will be developed as a public facility by a government institution, taking into account its operations, capital expenditures, and maintenance. This study discusses a business model that is expected to increase the number of MSMEs quantitatively and qualitatively through low-cost electricity incentives and can help MSMEs lower their production costs to compete in regional and international markets. This has a multiplier effect for the government because it not only saves money on electricity subsidies but also hopes to move the economy forward through the synergy of start-up entrepreneurs (business actors/investors)-government (regulators)-PLN (business partners) in achieving energy independence for the country by maximizing the potential of the environment. text
