Summary:PT. Orica Mining Services’ learning and development has always been fully conducted through face to face or classroom method for all employees. As a company that engaged in mining providers, the e-learning program is not a new thing, as they have used the SAP application with the help of “WalkMe” virtual assistant. The emergence of COVID-19 has urged the company to fully utilized the e-learning platform. Thus, there is a need to identify the satisfaction level of employees in using the e-learning method. Based on this objective, there also has never been a study regarding employee’s satisfaction towards the company’s e-learning method. Therefore, this research seeks to determine the effect of e-learning method towards employee’s satisfaction using factors such as perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, system quality, information quality, and computer self-efficacy to determine the most and least factors that satisfy employee when using e-learning method. This research uses the quantitative method, and 5 Likert scale questionnaire is distributed online through Google Form with 150 respondents from employees at PT. Orica Mining Services. Path analysis are performed to examine the relationship between each factor towards employee’s satisfaction. The result shows that perceived usefulness and computer self-efficacy are the most significant factors that effected employee’s satisfaction towards e-learning in PT. Orica Mining Services, while perceived ease of use is the factor that doesn’t affect employee’s satisfaction positively in PT. Orica Mining Services. Two recommendations are suggested for PT.
