Landslide disasters in the Citarik Sub-Watershed cause the most victims among others. Therefore, identification with landslide susceptibility mapping is needed to provide basic data in spatial planning, land use, adaptation, and disaster mitigation to minimize the impact of landslides. This research was conducted using weight of evidence (WoE) and frequency ratio (FR) methods. Based on the result of landslide inventory through satellite imagery and field observation, 306 landslide points were obtained. The data was randomly divide to get 60% of training data (183 points) and 40% of test data (123 points). This study uses twenty parameters, that are lithology, elevation, terrain ruggedness index (TRI), slope, land cover, stream power index (SPI), topographic wetness index (TWI), soil type, clay content, rainfall, NDVI, distance from lineament, distance from road, slope direction, total curvature, profile curvature, plan curvature, distance from river, river density and flow direction. Based on the AUC value of more than 0.6, the dominant parameters which caused landslides in the study area are lithology, elevation, TRI, slope, land cover, SPI, soil type, clay content, rainfall, NDVI, distance from lineament, distance from road, slope direction, plan curvature and flow direction. The validation results of the total WoE show the AUC value for the success rate is 0.922 and the prediction rate is 0.896. The validation results of the total FR show the AUC value for the success rate is 0.918 and the prediction rate is 0.913. The Citarik Sub-Watershed landslide susceptibility map generated from the WoE method shows that the research area has percentage for a high vulnerability zone 15.9%, a medium vulnerability zone 10.4%, a low vulnerability zone 6.8%, and a very low vulnerability zone 66.9%. The Citarik Sub- Watershed landslide susceptibility map generated from the FR method shows that the research area has a percentage for high vulnerability zone 12.5%, a medium vulnerability zone 11.1%, a low vulnerability zone 8% and a very low vulnerability zone 68.4%. text |

Citarik Sub-Watershed is administratively located in Bandung Regency and
Sumedang Regency with numerous history of disasters that are dominated by
landslides. Landslide disasters in the Citarik Sub-Watershed cause the most victims
among others. Therefore, identification with landslide susceptibility mapping is
needed to provide basic data in spatial planning, land use, adaptation, and disaster
mitigation to minimize the impact of landslides. This research was conducted using
weight of evidence (WoE) and frequency ratio (FR) methods. Based on the result of
landslide inventory through satellite imagery and field observation, 306 landslide

index (SPI), topographic wetness index (TWI), soil type, clay content, rainfall, NDVI,
distance from lineament, distance from road, slope direction, total curvature, profile

map generated from the WoE method shows that the research area has percentage for
a high vulnerability zone 15.9%, a medium vulnerability zone 10.4%, a low
vulnerability zone 6.8%, and a very low vulnerability zone 66.9%. The Citarik Sub-
Watershed landslide susceptibility map generated from the FR method shows that the
research area has a percentage for high vulnerability zone 12.5%, a medium
