The current investigations integrate robust theory and provide evidence from field studies for beneficial effects on project effectiveness. In addition, project management experience and project duration show a strong impact in supporting the influence of leadership on project effectiveness. However, team size has a negative moderating effect on the influence of leadership on project effectiveness. The results have several significant implications for theory and practice. text
