Therefore, proper management and strategies are needed from upstream to downstream of operational activities. Optimization in terms of exploration is carried out through exploration activities below an elevation of 450 mdpl (deep target) and evaluation of the potential for vein branches and the potential outside the existing veins to ensure vertical and horizontal vein potential. Optimization in terms of mining is done by reducing the Cut off Grade (CoG) to 2.5 g/t Au with a mine opening width of 5 m and is considered economically feasible to increase the volume of mine production. In the processing and refining process, the Precious Metal gold electro-refining process is modernized which has been operating for more than 10 years. The use of this new technology is High Speed Gold Electrolysis (HSGE). With the investment of new tools, the gold locked-up in the process is reduced and the productivity of gold refining is increased. Optimization in terms of marketing by maximizing online gold sales through digital channels. Increased gold stock allocation, added expedition options, increased website effectiveness, improved user experience, upgraded bandwidth capacity, memory, verified automatic payments, and strengthened business process administration & HR. text
