Farm sand al South seaboard of Purworejo Regency in this one decade have been exploited as non- padi agriculture farm with groundwater irrigation system. Soil type in situ is sandy loam with composition 89.68% sand and 10.32% as silt and clay. The assess of potential evaporation(ETQ) is 5.2 mm/day and percolation4.8 mm/day make the farm extravagant enough in usage of water. Availability of groundwater with abundance and good qualityand also with system giing of periodical water (intermitten) between 7 - 14 days and with engineering processing of farmland, needing water counted 5,530 m<sup>3</sup> or 0.854 1/s/ha per season plant to wide of farm one hectare with crop type which is ordinary to be planted by farmer are watermelon, frizzy red pepper and sugarcane, have been able to yield big enough production. Great exploitation of groundwater such at one lime will affect at the happening groundwater degradation , even land subsidence. To anticipate the mentioned, require to be defined by some technique alternative gift of more affective and efficient water.<br /><br /> text
