characteristics. Dongkrek is an art that carries about dance accompanied by
musical accompanimment and is a medium for historical stories from Mejayan,
Caruban, Madiun Regency, East Java. This report is structured to prepare a design
that interprets the exploration concoct art background of Dongkrek into streetwear
fashion products. Streetwear is one of the styles of dress of young people interested
in the modern era. Technological advances have influenced the streetwear trend to
continue to grow, which inspired and born to streetwear type of techwear.
Techwear is facilities and enables modern society to perform garment and auxiliary
equipment simultaneously provides storage by increasing activity and functionality.
The purpose of this report is that the absence to attract and prevail an art to young
people, especially in Indonesia. Therefore the basis for the expanded the art of
