Bima Stadium in Cirebon is the center of Cirebon's sports activities. This multifunctional arena which has a Sports Hall (GOR) can be used for basketball, badminton, futsal and volleyball matches. However, its use which is limited to large sporting events and the absence of good maintenance has made this GOR neglected and very separated from the surrounding community. The redesign of the stadium is one of the efforts to restore the original function of the stadium and increase its function not only as a sports venue, but also as a recreation center and community gathering. Thus, it is hoped that a “new, lively neighborhood” will be formed by taking into account the structural security aspects. The Redesign Bima Stadium Cirebon City Project was carried out with the aim of designing the proposed construction method, construction scheduling, and project budget plan. In general, the construction method of building structures uses the cast in situ method, the tribune plate uses precast plates, and the roof uses a plane truss frame with cover made of etfe polymer. With these methods, the work consists of preparatory work, earthwork, substructure work, superstructure work, and drainage work. This project started on July 26, 2021 with a total duration of 394 days. The value of the budget plan for this project is Rp. 103,476,439,251.40.
